HardinHomes.com LLC is different because my sole focus is learning, programming, and coaching. Many traditional brokers accept your license and wish you well in your career, while some commission-cap companies attract agents with money but have many fees and offer little or no one-on-one coaching.

• Work from where you're happiest! We're digital first, so there's no office requirement.
• No time-wasting meetings.
• Online transaction management software with eSign.
• Submit your docs, and I'll check them for errors early so you can stay in compliance.
• NO RISK: We don't have term contracts! We make it easy to end the relationship if you feel it's not a good fit. You will get your full commission and can take your listings.

THE AGENTS

Straightforward, simple, and just commission plan for everyone:

• 75% until the company portion reaches $25k, and then 95% through your anniversary.
• No fees! monthly, annual, technology, management, start-up, admin, transaction, other

• - has sold $1+ million in the past 12 months. Exceptions made for those with large networks.

These requirements are intentionally simple. We want to work with anyone who truly wants to accomplish their goals. If you want it, we will help you get it.

THE BROKER

• All the broker support you need, including problem-solving, negotiating, conflict resolution, etc.
• Almost always available: text, talk, video, and email.
• I'm there when you need me and out of the way when you don't.
• I don't work directly with clients; my role is to help you be successful.
• Ultimately, the most important factor in choosing a real estate broker is finding someone you feel comfortable working with and trust to have your best interests at heart.

Coaching:

• I'm on your team, and together we will work to identify and overcome any obstacle that limits your success.
• Accountability is critical, but we move at your pace.
• Full-acceptance and judgment-free. Right now, you are exactly where you should be, and we will get you where you want to go.
